Your personal details will be removed as soon as possible, except if it concerns information that needs to be kept in pursuance of the law or an agreement.

The information that you provide to KOOACH will be held in the systems located at the registered office in Antwerp or in those of an appointed third party (mentioned above) or our cloud service providers (to be completed).

Based upon the outcome of an impact assessment, KOOACH can notify affected data subjects and the Belgian Privacy authorities of the breach.
